Stacey Daniels is a seasoned executive with a rich history in mortgage operations and origination, currently serving as the President of ANS Residential Mortgage. Stacey has a strong background with underwriting guidelines and operational oversight. She holds her underwriting designations for both FHA and VA that sets her apart as a seasoned professional to provide a seamless experience from application to closing.  

Prior to her tenure at ANS Residential Mortgage, Stacey held several key executive positions in leading mortgage companies, where she demonstrated a track record of driving operational streamlined efficiency. Throughout her career, Stacey has earned a reputation for her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence. Under her leadership, ANS Residential Mortgage continues to be the trusted partner for homebuyers, homeowners and industry partners.

Dennis is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in mortgage banking, loan origination, and servicing. He has a strong track record in ensuring compliance with all state and regulatory requirements and managing the entire application flow through to delivery. His expertise in asset resolution management of mortgage-related products has made him a valuable asset in the industry.

As an architect, Dennis has developed three standalone mortgage origination and servicing platforms, overseeing all state licensing and GSE approvals. His proficiency as an industry expert is reflected in his deep knowledge of internal operational methodologies, gained through significant exposure to industry protocols.

Dennis has managed government servicing units, including VA and FHA, covering all aspects of default operations such as loss mitigation, foreclosure, and claims filing. He has developed internal policies and procedures for a Master Servicing Operation designated as a backup servicer, with oversight responsibilities for small local savings and loans.

Additionally, Dennis has managed a whole loan acquisition and funding operation, along with two individual retail and consumer direct lending platforms. He also directed the ABS securitization efforts for Banco Popular, a large banking entity. He also served as the Assistant Director of the FDIC for 5 years managing 93 different Banks, Savings and Loans and Credit Unions for Salee by the Fed .
